Brooke's On Main Shipping & Delivery Policy

We want your experience with Brooke’s On Main to be seamless—from checkout to delivery. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping and delivery services, whether you’re local or shopping from afar.

Local White Glove Delivery – $299

We offer professional in-home delivery within 20 miles of Brooke’s On Main in Mount Juliet, TN. Additional miles are charged at $5.00 per mile. Our delivery partners are vetted third-party professionals who treat your pieces with the care they deserve.

What’s Included:

• Delivery and placement of up to 5 items (furniture or lamps. Installation of light fixtures or artwork would be an additional charge and would happen at a later date)

• Friendly, careful third-party delivery team

• Light assembly (e.g., attaching legs or hardware)

• Removal of all packaging and trash

• Scheduled time window with 24-hour reminder call or text

Additional Items:

• $25 per item beyond the initial 5 items

We’re happy to deliver further! Custom quotes are available depending on distance and order size. Please contact us directly for details.

Delivery Timing:

Deliveries are typically scheduled within 48 hours after your order has arrived in our warehouse. You will receive a call or text to coordinate scheduling.

Shipping for Out-of-Area & Nationwide Orders

We are excited to expand our services beyond our local area, and while this is a new offering for us, we are committed to finding the most cost-effective and reliable freight solutions possible.

If you require shipping instead of local pickup, each order will be reviewed individually for freight calculations. Once your order is submitted, we will reach out within 24 hours with a custom freight quote.

You will have the opportunity to approve or decline the shipping charges at that point—no payment will be processed until you confirm. If you choose to cancel due to shipping costs, you may do so at no penalty.

Note: Shipping timelines vary based on location and carrier availability. You’ll receive tracking info once your order ships.

Optional Add-Ons (Quoted Separately):

• Lighting installation and assembly – $200 per fixture (includes chandeliers, pendants, and other ceiling-mounted lighting). If ceiling height is above 12 ft, additional costs may apply.

• Haul-away of old furniture (averages $100 per large item)
